What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

If you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee, no questions asked. Our return policy is thirty days from the date of purchase, including prescription eyewear, sunglasses and accessories. We offer a lifetime warranty on our frames based upon availability. Additionally, we offer a 90 day warranty on prescription lenses as part of our warranty. All refunds are sent to the original form of payment.

When can I expect my online order to arrive?

Sunglasses & Non-Prescription Glasses: 5 business days

Prescription Glasses: 10-12 business days once precription is approved

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
